B&R FARMS RED PEPPER TOPPING SHRIMP

½ cup B&R Farms Dried Apricot Red Pepper Topping
1 lb. Cooked bay shrimp or cooked shell prawns
Butter lettuce or watercress
sliced avocado

Gently mix B&R Farms Red Pepper Topping and shrimp. Serve on a bed of lettuce or watercress with sliced avocado.
