APRICOT GRANOLA 2 cups quick cooking
oats Mix oats with oil; spread in shallow baking pan. Bake in 375F oven 5 minutes. Add sunflower seeds and walnuts; bake 5 minutes longer. Add honey, mix well and cool. Stir in dried apricots and wheat germ. Makes 6 cups Total Calories 3493 Calories per 1/2 cup about 290 |
