| APRICOT CRUMBLE CAKE 1 8-oz cream cheese,
softened Combine cream cheese, margarine and granulated sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add milk, mixing well after each addition. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Add combined dry ingredients to cream cheese mixture; mix well. Pour half of batter into greased and floured 13x9-inch baking pan. Dot with B&R Farms apricot preserves; cover with remaining butter. Bake at 350F, 35 to 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Combine coconut, brown
sugar, cinnamon and margarine; mix well. Spread onto cake; broil 3 to
5 minutes,or until golden brown. 16 servings |
