Whole Wheat Sugar Cookie Dough (for pizza)

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ cup softened butter or margarine
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg

Place all ingredients in large bowl of electric mixer. Blend at low speed; mix at medium speed until well blended. Use for Apricot Dessert Pizza and Apricot Whole Wheat Cookies
