TURKEY ROAST WITH WILD RICE-FRUIT STUFFING

1 pkg boneless turkey breast
3 cups cooked wild rice
1 cup chopped B&R Farms Dried Apricots
1/3 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup chopped celery
3 tbsp melted margarine
1/4 tsp each: salt, black pepper and pumpkin pie spice.

Heat oven to 350F. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except turkey breast roast; mix well. Spoon into 9x9-inch baking dish. Place turkey on wild rice mixture. Cover with foil. Cook 45 min. Remove foil. Roast 30 to 45 min more or until thermometer pops up. Let stand 10 min before slicing. 8 servings
