4 thick pork chops, loin, rib, or center cut, trimmed of excess fat Preheat oven to 400 F. Butter baking dish large enough to hold chops.
Arrange apples in bottom. Bake for 15 minutes. Brown chops in skillet,
and arrange on top of apples. Add wine, cream and B&R Farms Red Pepper
Topping to skillet. Stir well until combined. Deglaze pan and pour over
pork chops and apples. Bake until pork is done, 15-20 minutes. Garnish
with chopped parsley. |
