APRICOT WINE MARINADE AND BASTE

1 ½ cup Apricot Wine
1/4 tsp catsup
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp lemon peel, grated
½ tsp liquid smoke

Marinate chicken or pork for 6 hours or more.
