APRICOT GLAZED HAM STEAK 1 (8-ounce) can crushed
pineapple, well drained In small saucepan, combine pineapple, preserves, lemon juice and cornstarch; mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10-15 minutes to blend flavors. Broil ham to desired doneness on both sides. Spoon pineapple mixture on top; heat until hot and bubbly. Refrigerate leftovers. Make 4 servings. |
